Indian team will leave for Britain on June 2

The Indian cricketer will be on a rigorous eight-day stay in Mumbai before embarking on a lengthy tour of Britain on June 2. In this tour, in addition to the final of the World Test Championship against New Zealand, the Indian team will also play a series of five Test matches against England.

The Cricket Board of India (BCCI) is still in talks about 10 days of segregation (practice will be allowed) when the team reaches Britain. The Indian team will spend around three and a half months in Britain.

Keeping in mind the long tour, the families of the players will also accompany them to the UK. It is not clear whether the family members will join the players at the start or will go there after the WTC final as the Test series between India and England will start from August 4 and the players will have more than a month in the meantime.
