Taste Your Bite: Yellow Thai Curry Recipe

Yellow Thai Curry Dish This is a dish from Thailand, but nowadays it is popular everywhere. It is a vegetarian dish made from green vegetables. It is very easy to make, if you are also fond of Thai food then definitely try this curry.

  • Ingredients of Yellow Thai Curry
  • table spoon vegetable oil
  • Green banana, sliced ​​(halved)
  • 4-5 baby potatoes
  • 3-4 baby corn
  • 2 tsp rice wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp brown sugar 20 grams
  • Eggplant
  • 1 cup beans
  • 1/2 cup cold green peas
  • 1 cups water
  • 1/2 tsp red chili powder
  • coconut milk
  • fresh lemon leaves
  • Ingredients for making salt paste:
  • juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 2 tsp vegetable oil
  • three leaves kaffir lime
  • 1/2 stock lemongrass
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • medium onion
  • thai ginger
  • 1 handful fresh coriander
  • How to make Yellow Thai Curry
  • Mix all the ingredients to prepare the paste and grind it.
  • Soak potatoes, small potatoes and raw green bananas in salted water for 10 minutes.
  • After this, remove the water from it and sprinkle salt and red chili.
  • Heat one tablespoon vegetable oil in a pan.
  • Add seasonal vegetables and fry for a minute.
  • Then add the freshly prepared paste to it. Mix well. Then add half a cup of water to it. Mix and cover the pan. Lower the flame and cook the mixture for about two minutes.
  • After this add chopped baby corn, coconut milk, rice wine vinegar and brown sugar. Mix and add brinjal, beans and chilled peas to it.
  • Stirring the mixture well, add little more water to it. Cook till the gravy thickens. Garnish the curry with finely chopped kaffir line leaves and serve it with steamed rice.
