Taste Your Bite: Different Recipes of Fried Rice

If you like fried rice, then today we have brought different recipes of fried rice for you. You can make fried rice in many different ways.

Fried Rice with Sweet Soy Sauce

  • Material
  • 3 tablespoons peanut oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 3 finely chopped onions
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • Steamed Long Grain Brown Rice
  • a teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 1/2 cups finely chopped Radish
  • cup basil leaves
  • cup fresh mint leaves
  • cup chopped fresh coriander
  • 4 lime veggies
  • Method
  • Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan on medium heat. After this, put the beaten eggs in the oil and cook for about 2 minutes. Then take out the egg from the pan.
  • After that again pour oil in the pan. After the oil becomes hot, add onion, garlic and fry it well.
  • After frying the onion and garlic, add boiled rice to it and keep stirring the rice for about 3 minutes.
  • After cooking the rice well, add black pepper, soy sauce and salt and mix it well.
  • You can garnish Fried Rice with Radish, Herbs, Basil Leaves, Mint Leaves, Chopped Fresh Coriander and Lime Veggies.
  • How to make Sweet Soy Sauce
  • Take 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • Take 1/4 cup packed dark brown sugar
  • After this, in a small pan over medium heat, bring the soy sauce and brown sugar to a boil. Boil it for about 2 minutes.
  • Your sweet soy sauce is ready.

Chicken Fried Rice

  • Material
  • 3 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 4 large eggs
  • cup chopped onion
  • cup chopped red capsicum
  • 1 cup green beans
  • 2 cups shredded chicken
  • 4 cups cooked basmati rice
  • cup soy sauce
  • 2 to 3 tablespoons chili-garlic sauce
  • Method
  • To make Fried Chicken Rice, you first need to heat oil in a pan.
  • After this, add the egg and cook, while stirring slowly, for 1 to 2 minutes or till it becomes a soft scramble.
  • After this again pour 2 tablespoons of oil in the pan.
  • When the oil is hot, add onion, red capsicum and green beans and fry for 3 to 4 minutes or till the vegetables are crispy.
  • After that add chicken and fry it well.
  • After roasting the chicken, add basmati rice, soy sauce and chili-garlic sauce to it.
  • Cook everything well for about 3-4 minutes.
  • After this, add scrambled egg to the fried rice.
  • Your Chicken Fried Rice is ready. You can garnish it with anything you want.

Vegetable Fried Rice

  • Material
  • 1 egg
  • tsp salt
  • Celery
  • 1 tablespoon low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tsp peanut oil
  • tsp brown sugar
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • cup chopped onion
  • 1 cup chopped fresh mushrooms
  • 1 tofu
  • 2 cloves and crushed garlic
  • 3 cups rice
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • Method
  • To make Vegetable Fried Rice, first you have to mix eggs and salt and beat it.
  • After this mix soy sauce, oil and sugar and keep aside.
  • Put the pan to heat on medium heat and add oil to it. After the oil is hot, add ajwain and onion and fry it well.
  • After frying the onion, add mushrooms, tofu and garlic and fry it too.
  • Now after this put the beaten egg in the pan and cook it.
  • When the egg is cooked, add rice and cook it for 1 minute.
  • In the end, add soy sauce and peas and fry all the things well.
  • Your Vegetable Fried Rice is ready.
