Ingredients for making Dal Bati
Wheat flour 500 grams
Rava 125 grams,
Desi Ghee 150 grams
baking soda
Celery
Salt

How to make dal baati
To make Bati, first of all, take a big deep-bottomed vessel. After this, now add wheat flour and semolina in it. Now add 3 spoons of desi ghee to it and mix it well in the flour. After this add carom seeds and salt to it. When the mixture mixes well, knead it with lukewarm water. Keep in mind that the dough should be slightly stiff. After this, keep it covered for 30 minutes so that the dough rises and sets well. After this, make balls from the dough and bake it in the oven. Meanwhile, melt the desi ghee and keep it. After this, as the bati gets cooked, break them one by one and dip them in desi ghee. So that the batis can drink desi ghee well. In this way your baati is completely ready to eat. With this, you can serve after frying with arhar dal, fine tomatoes and other spices.
