Turmeric

They are very effective in treating cough, cold, fever, sore throat, asthma, bronchitis and lung infections. How to protect yourself from air pollution? Try to drink a glass of warm turmeric milk daily. This gives you instant relief and a better body response.

Eat foods rich in beta carotene
It helps in getting rid of headache caused due to air pollution. It also helps in increasing the immunity of the body. You can include foods like sweet potatoes, carrots, dark leafy greens, butternut squash, cantaloupe, lettuce, paprika, apricots, broccoli and peas etc. in your daily diet.

Ghee
Ghee is very beneficial for health. It helps in detoxifying the body by removing all the pollution particles and other health effects from pollution present in the body.
