New mode came in Antilia case, Shinkja tightened on Sachin Vaz in NIA enquiry

Suspended police officer Sachin Vazh used his own government Innova vehicle to escort explosives laden Scorpio and himself went to the ‘crime scene’ on 25 February. National disclosed in the petition seeking custody Investigation Agency (NIA) has done this. According to sources, during the NIA interrogation, it has been revealed that the person seen wearing the PPE kit in CCTV footage is Sachin Vazh. The Central Investigation Agency has found evidence that the PPE kit was destroyed by Vaze. The clothes he wore within the kit have been recovered from a Mercedes car. NIA sources said that it was Sachin Vaze who drove Innova and took him behind the Scorpio to Antilia, the residence of businessman Mukesh Ambani. The official driver of Innova told the NIA that after his duty was over on February 24, he parked Innova inside the police headoffice and went home. It is still unclear who drove the car from there. No entry of vehicle movement was made on the registers. As per official rules, the arrival and departure of a government vehicle has to be logged in a register. The NIA suspects that Scorpio was being run by a close constable of Waze.
