Make Ayurvedic Oil at Home in Winter

Winter has arrived and it is very important for us to take good care of our skin and hair. In winters both skin and hair are very dry and if you have dry skin then you will have many different problems. For example, problems related to hair such as some itchy scalp, some have dandruff, some hair fall too much, then the damage is too much in someone’s hair. Similarly, dry skin people have to face problems like rashes, itching, scales on the skin.

In winters, people often use lukewarm oil to champi, but the effect also depends on what kind of oil you use. The way the head is massaged, in the same way, if the body is massaged with lukewarm oil, then the skin can get very good nourishment. You can also make oil at home

Oil for white hair and hairfall

Material-

  • Hibiscus flowers
  • Neem leaves
  • Curry leaves
  • Small onions
  • Fenugreek seeds
  • Aloe vera leaf
  • Jasmine flowers
  • Coconut oil

You have to grind all these things together and cook them in coconut oil. After this, this oil has to be cooled and filtered and champed with this oil. The more times you apply this lukewarm oil in the hair, the more it will benefit your blood circulation and at the same time give a chance to the hair to grow.

DIY oil for skin and hair
Now let’s talk about such oil which can be useful for both head massage and body massage. To make hair oil for winter, you will need some special ingredients. Here it is-

  • Sesame oil
  • Hibiscus flowers
  • Fenugreek seeds
  • Chia leaves

You have to add ingredients according to the amount of oil you are making. Sesame oil has to be taken more and everything else has to be taken in small quantities.

This oil can be used for both hair and body

First of all heat the sesame oil. When a little smoke starts rising from it, add hibiscus to it.
Now add some fenugreek seeds and sabja leaves to it. Cook everything for a while and then let this oil cool down.

How to use this oil
Apply this oil all over your body and hair. If you want, massage it for a while. After sometime take bath with lukewarm water. Once made, this oil can last for several days.
