Diwali Snacks That You Can Cook Easily

When any festival comes in India, there is an atmosphere of excitement and celebration. There are many small and big preparations in the festival along with traditional customs. Many festivals are celebrated in the country. The way of celebrating them may be different but one thing which is common in every festival is the delicious delicacies on the occasion of the festival. It is the occasion of Diwali. There will be a festive atmosphere in people’s homes for five days. In such a situation, the coming and going of friends and relatives will continue. Various delicious dishes are prepared on this occasion. You can make many delicious and healthy snacks on Diwali too. A lot of work goes on during the festive season, so make easy snacks that are quick to prepare.

  • Ingredients for making Malpua
  • 1 cup all purpose flour
  • 1 cup grated khoya
  • grated pistachios
  • almonds,
  • saffron
  • ghee
  • sugar syrup.

How to make Malpua

  • To make Malpua, first prepare the batter. For this, add water to the flour and mix it. Then make another batter, in which mix khoya and water and mix it.
  • Now mix these two batters together. It should neither be too thin nor too thick.
  • Now heat ghee in a pan on a low flame and spread the pre-prepared batter in a circular motion.
  • When one side of the malpua is cooked, turn it over and cook from the other side.
  • If the color of the malpua starts changing, take it out of the pan and dip it in sweet syrup.
  • After keeping it for some time, take it out and keep it in a plate and garnish it with dry fruits.

    Ingredients for Spring Rolls
  • Half a cup of flour,
  • baking powder,
  • salt to taste,
  • a quarter of milk,
  • oil,
  • one cup finely chopped cabbage, f
  • inely chopped onion,
  • one cup finely chopped carrot,
  • four cloves of garlic,
  • one teaspoon soy sauce,
  • one tablespoon flour Dissolved in water,
  • black pepper and oil for frying.

Spring Roll Recipe

  • No. 1 : To make spring rolls, first of all, mix flour and baking powder in a vessel and knead it with water or milk. Knead the dough soft. Keep the dough covered for an hour so that it rises well.
  • No. 2: To make the stuffing, heat oil in a pan and add garlic and chopped onions. Fry the onion till it turns pink in colour. Now add cabbage, carrot and stir well for two to three minutes. When the vegetables start to cook lightly, then add soy sauce, black pepper and salt to it. After cooking, take it out in a plate, because now the stuffing for your spring rolls is ready.
  • No. 3: To prepare the roll, roll the dough like a roti. Now fry this roti in a pan with oil on both the sides till it becomes golden brown.
  • No.4: Now fold this spring roll sheet into a round and seal it well by applying flour batter on both the sides. Keep in mind that it should be sealed well so that the inside stuffing does not come out or oil does not fill inside while frying.
  • No.5: Now heat oil in a pan and fry the rolls well in it. When it starts to turn golden in color, take out the spring rolls from the oil. Now your hot spring rolls are ready. You can cut them and serve.
